To operate with different resoultions and mangnifications, the EazyReader® 7000 can be equipped with following cameras:

• Core camera 5 MPixel: For 384-24 wells full-field-of-view. More than sufficient resolution and sensitivity for applications like: Elispot, Fluorospot, Viral Plaques and FOCI / PRNT, TCID50, FFU, PFU, CPE, CytoTox, Plaque reduction assay, Transgen assay, mamamial and bacterial colony counting.
• Microscopic camera 12 MPixel: For 384-6 wells full-field-of-view. Useful in combination with microscopic zoom. For additonal applications like live/dead/apoptotic single cells.
• Microscopic camera 25 MPixel: For even smaller cells and/or cell compartments. Useful in combination with microscopic zoom and 10x - 50x objectives.
