If hardware problems occur that can’t be solved via internet local support either by the local representative or BIO-SYS GmbH will be provided.

Operation manuals are available in printed of PDF format.

Operator Video clips are installed on the Bioreader and limited to users published on YouTube.This info is free of charge.
