Support via phone, email or online (remote or video call).
Typical response time after the first contact: 1-3 hours during normal business time in Germany.
If hardware problems occur that can’t be solved by BIOSYS telefon, email or online support or by local representative we will solve it on-site.
During the warranty period or if a full service agreement has been signed the costs for this manpower and for hardware parts are included.
A preventiv maintenance agreement (P.M.) includes one on-site visit per year, costs for hardware parts are not included.
Software updates within the software generation ordered are always free of charge.
Operator manuals are available in PDF format.
Operator video clips are also installed on the Bioreader computer and some are also aviulable in YouTube chanels. These informations are free of charge.
