Pro- E beta

Elispot: Dose/Level response

  • Based on the dual telecentric illumination the Bioreader® 5000 does have a better dose/level response (signal/noise ratio) compared to conventional readers.
  • Bioreader® 5000 does have a lower background count on non-stimulated cells. Nevertheless it does have a significant higher count on stimulated cells.
  • Reference: Internal quality-management study of BIO-SYS performed at an internationaly operating research institute. Up to 4500 spots/well could be counted during the study.
